I work one-on-one with individuals from all over the world who are purpose-driven and want to live their best lives, those who are ready to take a look at their strengths and weaknesses and then go get what they need to lead themselves and our world. The clients I work with reconnect with themselves, their community, and their career. They establish habits and perspectives to live on purpose, access radical courage, and embrace leadership.

My coaching style is collaborative. Each session is an opportunity to move forward toward the life you want and what you want to share with the world. I'll support you in committing to actions and hold you accountable throughout the coaching process. Most importantly, you’ll get a clear picture of what matters to you, how you want to live your life, and a solid sense of your authentic self.

Throughout our sessions you’ll have the opportunity to develop:

  • A vision for the future

  • Life-purpose declaration

  • Leadership profile and intentions

  • Self-care routine

  • Goal plan

  • Road map for action

You'll also develop skills in clear communication, setting boundaries, and time management. We'll create a time and space for you to create a plan for living a life on purpose while supporting you in articulating your values, personal transformation, authentic leadership, and making honest choices. You’ll leave each of our sessions emboldened, confident, and committed to your self-development.

One on one coaching takes place over the course of six months by phone or video conference.  Following an initial two hour discovery session, we’ll meet for 45 minutes twice a month. Customized packages to meet your individual needs are available upon request.
